1) Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver orders within Bangladesh only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2) How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays, weather, or courier delays.

3) What are the shipping charges?

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳80
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳150

Orders above ৳2,700 qualify for free delivery (automatically applied at checkout).

4) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through trusted payment gateways. Available options may include:

  • Cards (Visa / MasterCard / American Express)
  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Cash on Delivery (if available for your location)

5) How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or you may receive a confirmation call from our team or the assigned courier partner.

6) Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. Return or replacement requests can be made within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective (manufacturing issue)
  • Incorrect item received

The product must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any), along with proof of purchase.

7) How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

8) What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost (subject to availability).

9) Do you have a physical store or showroom?

KLOK operates as an online-based business and currently does not maintain a physical retail showroom.
