Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and districts within Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳80
• Outside Dhaka: ৳150

Orders with a total value above ৳2,700 qualify for free delivery. The free shipping offer is automatically applied during checkout when eligible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us as soon as possible and within the applicable return period. After verification, we will arrange a replacement without additional shipping cost, subject to availability.
