At KLOK, we are committed to delivering the correct products in perfect condition. If you experience any issue with your order, we are here to assist you.

Return Request Timeframe
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We accept returns in the following cases:

- You received the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required
- Customers must contact us before returning any item
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, altered, or repaired
- Damage occurred due to misuse or improper handling
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period and provide:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos or videos (if applicable)
This helps us verify and process your request efficiently.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
Replacement Option
If the issue is confirmed (wrong or defective item), we may offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Pricing Transparency
All product prices displayed on our website are final. We do not charge any hidden fees beyond the clearly stated product and delivery charges.
